TOWER ONE BENEFITS
This vacation home covers the entire fourth floor of Tower One at Molino de Agua. The ultra-spacious, living and dining room has 270 degree views of beach, ocean, river, town, and mountains. With a balcony that wraps around the property, guests in all rooms enjoy sweeping views, refreshing breezes, sounds of waves, and a sense of privacy.
Extending the full length of Molino de Agua's oceanside front, this 3,678 sq ft condo differs from all interior condos and some others in location, layout, and ability to accommodate 6 to 8 rental guests in privacy and comfort. In the building photo, this condo can be seen in front with open sets of sliding glass doors. Additional sets of glass doors, which are on the left side of the building, are out of view. In this setting, guests are oblivious of others. This is an optimum level -- high enough for privacy and low enough to enjoy all the natural surroundings. Two elevator doors serve this condo and one interior condo. A private parking garage is located on the first floor. Our space is by an elevator that opens next to our front door. LAYOUT DIFFERENCE WITH INTERIOR CONDOS: Tower One condos have three private bedroom suites with connecting bathrooms and balconies directly over the beach and ocean. Interior condos at Molino de Agua, in contrast, have two private bedrooms -- both overlooking a street and other condos. Frequently, a small room with three walls next to the front room is advertised as a "third bedroom". This room lacks privacy, has no doors or windows, and does not have a connecting bathroom.
